hi Paul , thanks for all the great information on this site.
i am 35, and work as a video producer in London.
recently i organized and shot my first adult DVD gonzo production . it was shot in HDV, and had six interracial scenes in it. it was my first attempt in xxx work and although the budget was limited (less than 8000 pounds ) it went alright.i own all the necessary equipment , cameras, sound ,lighting, editing.
i had the opportunity to find your forum and learned a lot of information about the adult business . your extensive experience in it is quite impressive.
you seem to have acquired a huge amount of knowledge throughout your career and your desire to help new people to enter the adult industry is greatly appreciated .
i have a few questions to ask myself.
i have been researching the adult industry for quite some time but i don't know if my rationale of entering content production is right or not .
i want to use my newly acquired portfolio and set a adult content store online.
I want to concentrate on a particular niche and sell to other websites catering on that particular niche (i am considering interracial ) , and sell through other content brokers.
is that the way someone goes about when starting out in this business?
what better ways would you recommend to someone starting out in content production?
should i concentrate at a big and over saturated niche or start from a small but not so crowded?
do i contact websites that cater to that particular niche , show them my portfolio and ask if the want to license my productions on a non exclusive basis or order a custom production from me?
what other avenues are there online for me to sell and distribute my work?
should i keep up and produce a few more scenes and send them to content brokers ?
is it perhaps possible after gaining enough experience to sell a concept to an established adult site sponsor and built a site ?
i want to ask my apologies in advance if my understanding of this business is naive , and for my long questions

Selling porn is tough today. My advice is to get onto some of the professional adult webmaster boards like gfy.com, sponsorchat.com, justblowme.com and see who is buying.
Or find stites that have the kind of content you shoot and contact them. Have samples ready to show on the Interent.
